Two consecutive weeks of travels Mon-Fri is a little bit on the too-much side – especially as this weeks offers two trips to Germany. And as I realised that a) two weeks of travels mean a lot of restaurant food and sitting down way too much; b) the weather forecast was very nice for Monday with cool but clear and windless weather and c) the calendar had no threats in form of early or late meetings or activities scattered all over the geography – I decided early on yesterday to jump on my bike for the Monday commute.
My legs are currently a bit in doubt whether that was smart or not – and they will no doubt mock me when I have to do the 18 km home later today.
But the beauty of the trip was extraordinary. Lots of mist in the fields, lots of low orange and golden sunrays to light it up… Man!
