So, we got there – into 2015. And here’s hoping that you got there well! Whether you jumped into it (as there is some kind of tradition to do in Denmark), ate grapes (Spain), or whatever the local tradition is in your country to mark the ticking over of the clock at midnight on Dec 31.
Are there any particular, interesting, funny, odd, inspiring traditions out there on how you mark the entry into the new year where you are? Please feel free to share them in the comments – I’ll expand the post with a list of them if you do, promise!
Traffic is back on the motorways (oh yes!), the corridors at work are no longer dark-side-of-the-moon quiet and we now have to get used to writing a 5 instead of a 4 when we write dates. Always takes me a little bit to get the muscle memory adjusted.
At least Mother Nature had a bright gift for Monday morning with that amazing and magical sunrise (don’t worry – there were no cars from behind and I actually had pulled the car over).
